Resepi Shakes Herbalife

Salam..

Memang seronok minum herbalife shakes setiap hari, sedap tapi NUTRISI LENGKAP. Highlight gitu kan. Berita gembira kepada manusia-manusia di luar sana yang tidak makan sayur, nak classified  sebagai apa ye? Kalau orang makan sayur sahaja kita panggil "vegetarian". Ni, tak nak makan sayur, nak makan ayam atau daging je, "karnivorian" ke? haha. 

Istilah ni aku je yang guna ye, tidak terdapat di dalam kamus dewan dan pustaka. Jadi jangan guna dalam karangan peperiksaan anda, jika guna sila tanggung sendiri markah kene potong. hahahaha *ketawa jahat*

Eh, sambung balik, berita gembira yang dalam Herbalife shakes dah lengkap semua yang badan perlukan, sayur-sayuran, buah-buahan, segala vitamin semua ada. Tak payah la kita fikir banyak sangat sebab professor dan doktor doktor dalam herbalife dah botak kepala fikir macam mana nak bagi satu hidangan ada 55 nutirsi. kah kah kah.  Sekian. *mood happy*

PERISA HERBALIFE SHAKES
Herbalife Malaysia ada 5 perasa (flavour) vanilla, chocolate, capucino, strawberry dan tropical fruits.

 Antara perasa-perasa ni pon kita boleh campurkan, contoh: Vanilla + Strawberry / Capuccino + Chocolate 
/ Tropical fruits + Chocolate.

Basically chocolate & vanilla boleh campur dengan semua perisa yang lain :) Pilihan pertama, anda boleh campurkan shakes dengan: susu low milk, soya, mango milk, melon milk, susu. Ini merupakan bahan cecair yang boleh dicampur dengan shakes herbalife.

Cara sediakan lazimnya untuk lose weight program aku nasihatkan 200ml soya + 200ml air mineral, and then shakess.. Bergantung kepada program anda, sila refer coach anda untuk consultation. My Favorited mix shakes is:

vanilla + mango milk!


HERBALIFE SHAKES + FRUITSS :D

Aloha Delight
    Herbalife - Shakes
  • 1 cup of low fat milk or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 3 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled, garnished with fresh pineapple and a sprig of mint.
Excellent source of Vitamin C, B1, B2, B1, Iron and Calcium.
Good source of Vitamin A and B6.
Serves 1 - Total Calories 186 - Protein 17g - Carbohydrate 24g - Fat 1g - Cholesterol 4mg - Dietary Fiber 3g - %Calories from Fat 6%


Banana Fruits Shake
    Herbalife - Shakes
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 4 ounces nonfat yogurt
  • 4 fluid ounces water
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 3 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled, garnished with a slice of banana.
Excellent source of Vitamin C, B6, B1, B2, Iron and Zinc.
Good source of Calcium.
Total Calories 310 - Protein 16g - Carbohydrate 62g - Fat 1g - Cholesterol 2mg - Dietary Fiber 6g - %Calories from Fat 3%


Black Forest Shake
    Herbalife - Shakes
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Chocolate
  • 8 fluid ounces low fat milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon black walnut extract
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 4 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled, garnished with chocolate sprinkles.
Excellent source of Vitamin C, B6, B1, B12, B2, Calcium and Zinc.
Good source of Vitamin A and Iron.
Total Calories 175 - Protein 16g - Carbohydrate 26g - Fat 1g - Cholesterol 9mg - Dietary Fiber 16g - %Calories from Fat 5%


Apple Pie Shake

    Herbalife - Shakes
  • 1 cup of low fat milk or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 small apple or 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 3 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled.
Excellent source of Vitamin C, B6, B12, B2, Folacin, Zinc, Iron and Calcium.
Good source of Vitamin A.


Capuccino Shake
Herbalife - Shakes
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Chocolate
  • 4 fluid ounces low fat milk or soy milk
  • 4 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 3 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Excellent source of Vitamin B12, B2, and Calcium.
Total Calories 196 - Protein 19g - Carbohydrate 28g - Fat 1g - Cholesterol 4mg - Dietary Fiber 0g - %Calories from Fat 4%


Fruit - Juicy Shake
    Herbalife - Shakes
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Strawberry
  • 8 fluid ounces low calorie cranberry juice
  • 4 strawberries
  • 3 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled, garnished with a strawberry
Excellent source of Vitamin C, B6, B1, B2, Iron and Zinc.
Good source of Calcium.

Kiwi Quencher

    Herbalife - Shakes
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 8 fluid ounces water
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 kiwi banana
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 drops Green Chartreuse
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled, garnished with a slice of kiwi fruit.
Excellent source of Vitamin C, B6, B2, Iron and Zinc.
Good source of Vitamin B1.

To Herbalife Mother Out There, BE STRONG

Salam..

It's been one week we open booth at UKM Pusanika for wellness analysis and to deliver the nutrition information towards our community especially student community. 

What do we do here?

We do some wellness evaluation, only 5 minutes and FREE consultation.

hanya 5 minit!

Dekat booth ni, the whole one week I do with Fatiyyah, my little princess. Kalau korang menggunakan tenaga sepenuhnya untuk focus invite orang untuk timbang, kemudian do the wellness evaluation. But my energy that I have to use is 10x.

Dekat booth sangat kene multi-tasking, invite orang, timbang, jaga fatiyyah, entertain fatiyyah, kasi makan anak, menyusukan anak sambil do the consultation. All in one. There is one part where I couldn't do the closing part, sebab Fatiyyah dah mengamuk, mennagis kerana terjatuh. Kecewa juga rasa, tapi each time I remind my self Allah itu maha adil, mesti ada ganjaran yang lebih besar Dia akan beri.

Don't wish thing to be easy, wish  it to be better.

Every effort counts. 

Ketegalan, kekuatan datang bila kita desperate and we have no choice, but to do it. The only way we have. We get paid by helping more people to be healthy. So, BE STRONG.

Its not going to be easy.

Dengan bermodalkan kecomelan and cute action by Fatiyyah, actually she manage to help me to invite a few people to do the wellness evaluation!

Fatiyyah jalan lambat, orang ramai kene tunggu dia jalan, dan aku ambil kesempatan untuk invite. Boleh imagine situasi tu? :) Bila baby umur 9 bulan dan keatas, it's took more energy for us as mother to taking care and keep an eye over this active baby, sebab dia memang dah tak nak di pangku, nak explore semua tempat, especially tangga -__-". 

Its tiring, exhausted, physical and emotional but IT'S OKEY. Because I know what I'M doing today, is journey to become President's Team. It's worth it. Have more shakes + tea, to have more energy. So, BE STRONG.

Jangan ada terlintas di fikiran, "tak boleh nak perform atau buat activity sebab ada anak." Gunakan alasan itu untuk sebaliknya "sebab aku ada anaklah aku kene kerja lagi kuat." Kalau anak tertido, so what? Angkat sahaja dia.

Each time fatiyyah mengamuk dekat booth dan ramai juga orang sekeliling tegur, "baby nak tidur tu" I didn't say anything and keep doing it until she fall asleep at her own buggy. So, BE STRONG.

Seperti apa kita rasa dekat booth tu, panas, berpeluh-peluh, penat. She feel and face the same thing. But it's okey coz I know one day, you will be my President's Team Member. As she learn and see i'm doing it since little baby, insyaAllah being an expert and better than me one day:)
